Call for Papers

The National Bank Staff College (Training Institute of NABARD) will be hosting the captioned National level Seminar on 27th March 2010. Submissions are invited for papers on theoretical and empirical aspects relating to the following topics:

  1. Agricultural Credit – Issues and Challenges
  2. Agricultural Marketing
  3. e-Agriculture – Use of IT for enhancing support to agriculture

There would be paper presentation and panel discussion on each of the above topics. The participants in the seminar would include Government Officials, Bankers, Academicians and practitioners in the field of agriculture and agricultural credit.

Guidelines for paper submission

  1. Complete unpublished papers in MS-Word format should be sent to the following emails – zpaddy@gmail.com,   nbsc@nabard.org
  2. The papers should reach on or before 31st January 2010. All submissions will be reviewed and the authors will be informed by 15th February 2010.

    3. Authors of the accepted papers may be requested to either present their paper or act as discussants during the seminar. Limited travel subsidy for authors of accepted papers will be provided (within India). The College will arrange for accommodation and local hospitality.
