The CCEUS, located in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of llT Madras is organizing its First International Workshop, in partnership with the University of Sussex Brighton, in the area of Democracy,GlobalPolitics and International Relations during 28 June - 3 July, 2010. The theme of the workshop is "Reinterpreting the State".

Interested research students and faculty members can apply before 26 March, 2010. Local hospitality will be provided by the centre besides travel assistance to a few participants.
